The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, meeting our every request. The location of the hotel in Vail Village was ideal, with easy access to Gondola 1 and the ski valet staff made it convenient to hit the slopes. The hotel itself had a cozy lodge-like feel, and our room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bath/shower. Best experience ever! Stayed at a lodge in Vail Village during New Year's and it was incredible. The location couldn't have been better - walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, it was so convenient being able to rent ski equipment from the friendly ski shop nearby. The accommodations were top notch, with a spacious room and luxurious amenities. Loved having a mountain view and a big soaking tub. Definitely recommend staying here!
Worst front desk service. She was rude and impatient, cutting me off multiple times during a phone call and showing no understanding for our travel delay.
